PRODUCTION

Production time for certain jewel varies. Please find the approximate time listed in the product description.

♦ Ready to Ship jewels ship within three days.
♦ Made to Order jewels need time. Expect 2-3 weeks.

Some 'Made to Order' jewels are kept in stock more regularly than others. If your size or item happens to be in stock, it will be shipped out quicker, and you will be notified.

SHIPPING

An e-mail with shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Packages shipped through Canada Post unless otherwise arranged.

Please contact us for additional shipping upgrades or preferred methods.

Shipping times may vary, for US and CANADA expect 7-10 days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally.

Buyers are responsible for any import tax/ VAT and customs. Our pricing doesn't include customs taxes or duties. You can use this calculator to calculate approximate import taxes on your order. We also recommend referring to your country's customs guidelines.

Expect 2-4 weeks delivery time outside US and CANADA. International shipping time might wary depending on your country's current situation.

DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

There might be disruptions in the transport industry and this effects shipping time and supply chains worldwide.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery. Return shipping is buyer’s expense.

♦ Returns do not include size issues or incorrect sizing on the buyer’s behalf.

♦ Returns do not include breakage due to handling.

♦ Technical malfunction we will be promptly handled. Please contact us with any issues.

The nature of handmade means that there must be allowance for slight variances from the image shown on this website.

Although not recommended, contact with water and sweat doesn't degrade the quality of the jewellery nor will it stain your skin.

Unless you are in the unfortunate but low percentage of people who have reaction to high quality gold and silver your investment in quality jewellery means it does not break easily or irritate your skin over time.
